The Great Radiotherapy Cake Off Competition 2026!
After the success of last year's cake off for World Radiotherapy Awareness Day, we are inviting everyone to take part in this year's event. Last year we received votes from all over the world! We need you all to get baking and voting.
Rules
How do I enter?
Open to anyone –there are no restrictions on who can take part.
What to submit:
● A photo (.jpg, .jpeg, .png) of a radiotherapy themed cake, baked at home. The photo needs to be clear and well-lit showing the whole cake, ideally taken before it’s cut.
● Please include the name of the cake, your name and location in the entry.
Cake images can be submitted from Wednesday 2nd September, 12:00 BST, until Sunday 6th September, 23:00 BST.
How do I vote?
Voting opens on Monday 7th September 00:00 BST and closes at 23:59.
Only one vote per person.
What are the rules?
In the event of a tie break, the East of England Radiotherapy Network patient co-production group will decide on the winner.
How will the winner be announced?
Winners will be announced at 12:00 BST on Tuesday 8th September on this page.
